Ingredients for the crepes:
1cup 1 tbs milk
Ingredients for the cream sauce:
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 c sugar
2 tbs sour cream
Instructions for the crepes:
Mix all ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
Heat a 10in nonstick pan on medium high heat.
Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into center of pan and swirl around immediately until whole pan is covered.
Remove from pan and repeat with rest of batter.
Drizzle with cream sauce, chocolate, and rasberries.
Instructions for the cream sauce:
1. Whip heavy cream until thick.
2. Add sugar and whip.
3. Add vanil
