Cacao Crepes with Jack Daniel's Cream Sauce (Gluten-Free)

This recipe was made by Carol & Jeff of Orange County, CA. We hope that you enjoy this decadent chocolaty delight. A perfect dessert for adult's night!



Ingredients for the crepes:

1 cup Super Batter Cacao Pancake & Waffle Mix

1cup 1 tbs milk

1 egg


Ingredients for the cream sauce:

2/3 cup heavy cream

1 tbs vanilla extract

1/4 c sugar

2 tbs sour cream


Optional toppings:

Chocolate Sauce

Rasberries


Instructions for the crepes:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until smooth.

  2. Heat a 10in nonstick pan on medium high heat.

  3. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into center of pan and swirl around immediately until whole pan is covered.

  5. Remove from pan and repeat with rest of batter.

  6. Drizzle with cream sauce, chocolate, and rasberries.


Instructions for the cream sauce:


1. Whip heavy cream until thick.

2. Add sugar and whip.

3. Add vanilla and whip.

4. Add Jack Daniel's Whisy and whip (you may want to add more depending on how strong you like it)
