Learn how to make these delicious, healthy, and easy chocolate donuts using our Cacao Superfood Pancake & Waffle Mix. This recipe was invented by our friend and food blogger, Crystal, (IG @realwithcrystal) a Bay Area gal who writes awesome recipes focused around gut health.
For the donuts:
1/2 c almond milk
For the glaze:
1/4 c cacao powder
2 tbs melted coconut oil
Maple syrup or powdered sugar (to taste)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir pancake mix and almond milk until a batter forms.
Place in donut pan.
Bake for ~10 minutes.
In the meantime, combine cacao powder with a few tablespoons of melted coconut oil and preferred sweetener. Stir until a glaze forms.
Once donuts are out of the oven and cooled, dip in your glaze and add extra chocolate drizzle on top. Sprinkle toppings of choice for your perfect 🍩
