We've been CRAVING cookie dough, but we're also doing no sugar this month. Our solution? The best edible paleo and vegan cookie dough we've ever made. Recipe inspired by Paleo Running Momma, with our own keto twist. Enjoy!
1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 Tbsp allulose, or sweetener of choice
1 tsp maple or vanilla extract (the maple with the allulose gives a brown sugar taste)
3 Tbsp almond milk, or non-dairy milk of choice
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (we use 100% dark because we're hard core, but you can also just use chocolate chips)
Combine all ingredients, stirring in chocolate chips last.
Chill the dough for an hour.
Eat up! We just eat it with a spoon out the bowl, but if you're feeling civilized then you can roll it into balls.
