Fudgy Gluten-Free Cacao Mug Cake

Have a cake craving that needs to be addressed ASAP? Whip up this guilt-free mug cake in minutes using your Super Batter mix at home!



Ingredients:

1 tbsp. coconut oil melted

1/4 c almond milk

1/4 c. Cacao Super Batter

1/4tsp. baking powder (optional for extra fluff. Can sub splash of apple cider vinegar)

Pinch kosher salt

1 tsp cinnamon (to reduce glycemic index)

1 square dark chocolate or 1 tbsp chocolate chips (for fudginess)

Whipped Cream (optional, for topping)


Instructions:

Mix ingredients in a mug. Push chocolate chips or dark chocolate square in center of mug and spoon some batter on top. Microwave for ~1.5 minutes, until cake has puffed up.


Serve warm, topped with whipped cream if desired.
