Spoil yourself and your family with a healthy dessert. These Matcha Cookies are gluten-free, paleo, easy to make, and delicious! This recipe was inspired by Becca of Orange County, CA. Keep sending the good ideas our way!
1/2c coconut oil
1/3c maple syrup
1/2c pistachios (optional)
1/2cwhite chocolate chips (optional)
Combine the coconut oil and maple syrup.
Add in Super Batter mix until dough forms, you may need to add more mix 1tbs at a time until dough is formed.
Mix in any desired toppings (ie. pistachios and chocolate chips).
Refrigerate at 30 minutes.
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
Note: This recipe will work with any flavor of Super Batter Mix!
