Melting Snowman Cookies (Gluten-Free)

These holiday cookies are gluten-free, easy to make, and sure to bring a smile to your loved ones.




Ingredients: 2c Super Batter Cacao Superfood Pancake & Waffle Mix 1/2c coconut oil 1/3c maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp vanilla Icing Decorating Pens (At least 2 colors)

Jet Puffed Marshmallows

Instructions: Combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla. Refrigerate at 30 minutes. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.


Let the cookies cool, and then spread icing on top of cookies. Decorate marshmallow "snowmen" with decorating pens: drawing on eyes, a nose, and mouth. Stick marshmallow onto icing so that it is "glued" to cookie. Draw buttons and arms onto the frosting of the cookie.


Presto! You have your cute melting snowmen cookies, perfect for any Christmas gathering.
