Sparkling Matcha Lemonade

This is the perfect homemade matcha mocktail to enjoy during these warm summer days! It's good for your metabolism, packed with other health benefits, low glycemic, and so refreshing.


1/4cup warm water

1/2tsp matcha powder

1/2tsp monk fruit (or other sweetener)


Juice of half lemon

Cold sparkling water

Lemon peel


Mix matcha powder and sweetener into warm water, set aside.

Fill a glass 1/3 way with ice.

Squeeze in juice of half a lemon.

Pour in matcha mixture.

Fill glass rest of way with cold sparkling water.

Garnish with a slice of lemon, and enjoy!
