Halloween Pancake Ghosts (GF, V, DF)

This fun, simple, and spooky recipe for ghost pancakes will bring smiles to your family this Halloween! Give it a try and tag us on social media @eatsuperbatter.

Super Batter Adaptogen Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 Egg (Can sub vegan egg)
1.5 tbsp oil
1/2c non-dairy milk
Chocolate Chips
Halloween Sprinkles (Optional)
Powdered Sugar (Optional)


Prepare Super Batter mix as instructed on bag.

Heat nonstick pan or griddle.

Pour Super Batter mix into a plastic bag, cut small corner of bag. This is to make it easier to shape ghosts, but you can also just pour the batter onto the plan using a spoon or small measuring cup.

Pour freeform ghost shapes onto pan. 

Add in chocolate chips for the eyes and mouth. Sprinkle halloween sprinkles on bottom of ghost. Cover, cook for 1-2 min.

Flip pancake and cook for 1 min.

Plate pancakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar to make the ghosts more white.
